In Feb 2018, TSIANFAN display showcase learned via a third-party that a client from London, UK, sought a high-end brand store. The client had a design team; the third-party coordinated with them first and then relayed concepts to us, taking time.
TSIANFAN DISPLAY, leveraging past project experience, knew the 8-hour time difference. After discussions with the third-party, we used the time gap, solved client issues during their work hours, and advanced the project.
Trust was crucial as it was the first cooperation. We invited the client to visit. Our team accompanied them through the showroom, where they could experience showcase features. Professional answers to their numerous questions eliminated doubts, and by the end, they were satisfied.
On the day after the showroom tour, the client met with TSIANFAN’s manager and designer to discuss the design. Coincidentally, it was the client’s anniversary, so TSIANFAN Display Showcase quickly arranged a celebration, pleasing the client.
In the following cooperation, things went smoothly. The client focused on the display case’s modern style and price, aiming for an engaging, personalized space. When showing styles, the client immediately liked TSIANFAN’s new flooring stand display case for its sleek design, making it their top choice. Clearly, the project was set to succeed.
