TsianFan’s Second Quarter Birthday Party: Engraving Time with Warm Rituals

On Friday, June 27th, TsianFan Company successfully held its second – quarter birthday party in a warm and harmonious atmosphere. Through activities such as warm – up shoulder and neck exercises, group photo – taking sessions, gift – giving to the birthday celebrants, and cake – sharing, the company created a highly ceremonial collective birthday – celebrating experience for its employees.

The birthday party kicked off with unique shoulder and neck warm – up exercises. To the rhythm of lively music, all employees followed the instructor to perform stretching movements like shoulder shrugs and neck rotations. These exercises not only relieved work – related fatigue but also ignited the on – site atmosphere with dynamic postures. Team members, who usually focus on stone display stand design and services, were able to release their vitality through jumping and stretching, setting a pleasant and relaxed tone for the birthday – celebrating part.

After the warm – up, everyone moved to the elaborately decorated photo – taking area. In front of the backdrop themed “TsianFan Family Time”, the birthday celebrants, wearing customized commemorative badges, stood in the center and took cheerful group photos with their colleagues. The camera not only captured the joyful moments of more than 20 birthday celebrants but also recorded the heartwarming scenes of teamwork. Subsequently, the company’s management presented customized crystal paperweights engraved with each celebrant’s name and employment year to them one by one. This practical and commemorative gift embodied the sincere blessing of “growing together with the enterprise”.

The highlight of the birthday party was when a huge numerical – shaped cake was wheeled into the venue. As the song “Happy Birthday” resounded, a representative of the birthday celebrants cut the cake with a gold – plated knife and fork. The sweet aroma of cream blended with the laughter of the crowd. Employees shared the cake in groups by department, and some spontaneously performed stand – up comedy and guitar playing and singing, pushing the celebratory atmosphere to a climax. According to incomplete statistics from the event organizing team, more than 120 servings of cake were distributed on – site, and 37 handwritten blessing cards from the birthday celebrants were collected. Messages like “At TsianFan, I’ve gained not only workmates but also companions for the journey ahead” vividly illustrated the team’s cohesion.

“The birthday party is an important part of corporate culture building. We hope that through this sense of ritual, employees can feel the warmth of being ‘acknowledged’,” said the event organizer. This birthday party continued TsianFan’s “people – oriented” management philosophy. It not only echoed the craftsmanship spirit of “customized services” demonstrated in the stone exhibitions – for example, the engraved details of the gifts corresponded to the customization logic of display stands – but also strengthened team cohesion through collective interactions. It is reported that in the future, the company will integrate stone – craft experiences, innovative design workshops, and other special links into the birthday parties according to quarterly themes, making these celebratory events a bond that combines corporate culture and business development.

As dusk fell, the birthday party concluded with a final group photo of all participants. This three – hour event not only left exclusive memories for the second – quarter birthday celebrants but also, like the sturdy structure of a stone display stand, reinforced the foundation of the team with emotional connections. As one of the birthday celebrants shared on social media, “The vitality of the shoulder and neck exercises, the weight of the crystal paperweight, and the sweetness of the cake all represent TsianFan’s ‘ritual of growth’.”
